Ember & Oak is a neighborhood coffee roaster and cafe in Asheville, North Carolina. We source single-origin beans, roast them in small batches, and pull them fresh at our West Asheville bar.

Our roast
Twelve years on the same corner
We started Ember & Oak in 2013 with a used 5-kilo roaster and a stubborn belief that great coffee should taste like the place it came from. Today we roast every Tuesday and Friday and deliver to homes and cafes across Buncombe County.
Every bag is roasted to order, stamped with its roast date, and shipped within 24 hours. If it is not fresh, we will not sell it.
What we believe
Fair prices, honest sourcing
We buy through relationship importers and pay above Fair Trade minimums for every lot. We publish the farm, the process, and the price we paid on each bag so you know exactly what you are drinking.
